Plate Set Up Options

OPTION 1  
Maximum (5) FIVE straight lines of any NWTag.com typestyle.
ONE TYPESTYLE and ONE SIZE of type per line
A " line" is considered to be a line of text that can be printed legibly on the left-to-right dimension of your chosen label size.
1 color plate/set up $20.00   2 color plate/set up $35.00

OPTION 2
Camera ready or digital artwork provided by you. Includes up to (15) fifteen lines of type if needed plus the use of OUR STOCK MOTIFS, if desired. Please supply us with your logo in the largest size you have as well as a drawing of how your finished label should lay out with typestyle and shape specifications.

Adding Garment Sizes To Your Label

Basic plate - set up charge is for the first size.
For each additional size:
1 Color Labels - ADD $20ºº per size
2 Color Labels - ADD $30ºº per size
The size designation counts as one line.


Copy Change Charge (for labels with sizes only)

1 Color Labels $10.00 per additional size (first garment size is included in the label price)
2 Color Labels $12.50 per additional size (first garment size is included in the label price)
We have to stop the press, change the metal print plate, then realign the printing on the label for every additional size to be printed. The number of COPY CHANGE CHARGES is computed by adding up all the garment sizes printed on your labels and subtracting one, since the first size is included in the initial press set up.
This charge only occurs if the size designation is the only thing changing on the label. If any other information on the label changes, that label is priced separately and not considered a size change.
